Principal's Message

Hello Families of Lake Mills Middle School,

My name is Chuck Olson, and I have the privilege of serving as the principal of Lake Mills Middle School, a role I've proudly held for the past three years.

As both an educator and a member of the Lake Mills community, I feel incredibly fortunate to live and work in such a supportive and close-knit environment. My wife and I are raising our three children right here in the district, and I see firsthand the positive impact our schools have on students—not just as a principal, but also as a parent.

Before joining Lake Mills, I worked as a principal and assistant principal in Oconomowoc, where I grew up. Those experiences shaped my belief in the importance of strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful connections between schools and families.

At Lake Mills Middle School, our dedicated staff works every day to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where all students can thrive. I love being part of this journey and having the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students.
